What are the costs?

We charge a day rate of £120 for 24 hours rental, this includes your insurance. If there are any additional insurance costs, these will be paid for by the hirer (for example if you have points on your license, have had recent motor insurance claims or you don’t have a UK issued license, the insurance cost may be higher). We reserve the right to refuse hire if you do not meet our insurers criteria or we have concerns about your eligibility to hire one of our cars.

We do not hire the cars by the hour, a minimum of 24 hours hire (1 full day) is required.

You get more for your money the longer you hire the car for. A weekend hire of 48 hours (2 full days) is £220 and a full week hire (7 full days) costs £750. We require a holding deposit of £100 to initially secure your booking and a further security deposit of £500 must have cleared into our account before collecting the car. This is fully refundable at the time of returning the vehicle in the condition in which it went out on hire. We prefer secure fast payment by bank transfer, but we can organise payment by credit and debit card if necessary, but an additional 1.5% for UK cards and 2.5% fee for non UK cards will apply.

The balance of the hire charge (full charge less deposit) is due 28 days (4 weeks) before the start of the rental period, via bank transfer. However, if booking is less than 28 days (4 weeks) before the start of the hire period, the remaining balance will need to be paid within 24 hours of the £100 deposit being made.
